Payment Policy:
Credit card details are required to secure all bookings.  A 25% deposit MAY be required on confirmation, especially for bookings during the high season and for holiday weekends. Except for this deposit if required,  we do not charge your card prior to your arrival, however the full amount is due in accordance with the relevant cancellation policy.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
 Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

Cancellation Policy for periods of Peak Demand

i.e. bookings between 20 December & 20 February, Easter, Labour Weekend and Whitianga Scallop Festival Weekend
Cancellation within 28 days of arrival date incurs  50.00% forfeit of total booking price Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date incurs 100.00% forfeit of total booking price
